The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Ready to jump right into class? Here are a few guidelines for us to help insure you are ready to start now:

  • Do you have more than 2 months of CrossFit experience?

  • Current sports athlete in another area? (gymnast, Olympic lifter, football, hockey, basketball, etc.)

  • Understanding of CrossFit movements and the importance of form?

La Crosse’s premier CrossFit experience awaits you. If you're a first time CrossFit enthusiast looking to try it with us at Driftless, fret not, we have just the program for you! The program will include up to 6 introductory sessions to get you acquainted with the general structure of a class, the equipment, terminology, and the movements, BEFORE you join the regular scheduled classes.

We will guide you through:

  • How class is conducted

  • Introduction to do all of the basic movements

  • Introduction to our programming philosophy

  • How to sign-in for classes / Log workout results

    This will help you feel most at home your first day and also help us run our classes more effectively for everyone. Get started by clicking the button below.
