Our primary goal is to form a community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts from all fitness levels that work together at improving every single day and have fun doing it. We will accomplish this by utilizing CrossFit’s strength and conditioning methodologies along with other research based training principles which have helped people all over the world achieve their very best.

When you become a member at Driftless CrossFit, you get more than a gym membership. You join a community of like-minded individuals who strive to better themselves every day. You hire a staff of experienced coaches to help guide you, educate you, and push you. You receive access to a complete programming written in-house by our head coach that will help you reach any goal you may have.

-Workouts will vary day to day so every time you come you can expect something new, fun, and challenging! However, this is done strategically, and not at random, so will see patterns from week to week so that you will see and be able to track your progress in both the short term as well as the long term.

  • Our coaches have vast amounts of experience, training, and education. 3 out of our 6 coaches hold either Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in the field of exercise science. 6 out of 6 coaches hold additional certifications in the field to provide their own unique twist on fitness and exercise.

  • We use scientific, research based training principles and techniques in our programming to maximize the “return on investment”.

  • Two of our coaches are Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (The gold standard in strength & conditioning coach certifications.)
